1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accepting, holding, or using a Ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Right to Refuse Admission / Ejection

The Organizer reserves the absolute right to refuse admission or eject any Ticket Holder without refund if, in the Organizer’s reasonable opinion, the person’s conduct, condition, or belongings pose a risk to safety, security, or the event experience. The Organizer’s decision shall be final.

3. Changes to Event

The Organizer may modify the event schedule, lineup, or timings due to operational, safety, or force majeure reasons. While we will make reasonable efforts to notify Ticket Holders of material changes, no prior notice is guaranteed and no refund is due solely for schedule changes. All secondary performances (if any) and the event lineup are subject to the artist’s discretion.

4. Entry, Security, and Re-entry

Entry is permitted only after a thorough security check and through designated entrances.
Re-entry is not permitted.
Ticket Holders must comply with all Organizer and Venue instructions, including queueing, seating/standing zones, and emergency procedures. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

5. Prohibited Items

The venue does not allow food, beverages, liquids, bottles, cans, tins, bags, lighters, matchboxes, flammable items, or any illegal or hazardous substances inside the venue or seating area (“Prohibited Items”).

Security personnel will search Ticket Holders’ belongings at entry.
If a Ticket Holder refuses a search and/or is found in possession of Prohibited Items, the Organizer may deny entry without any refund or compensation.
Prohibited Items may be confiscated without compensation; the Organizer is not responsible for storage or return.

6.⁠ ⁠Drug‑Free and Alcohol‑Free Event

This is a strictly drug‑free and alcohol‑free event. No alcohol or intoxicating substances will be sold, served, or permitted on the premises at any time.
Any use, possession, supply, procurement, or consumption of drugs, narcotics, or psychotropic substances (as defined under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985) will result in immediate ejection without refund or compensation and may be reported to law enforcement. The Organizer reserves the right to initiate legal action as permitted under applicable law.
The Organizer may refuse admission or eject any Ticket Holder who appears intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, behaves dangerously or inappropriately, or engages in conduct likely to cause harassment, damage, injury, or nuisance. The Organizer’s decision in this regard shall be final.

7.⁠ ⁠Recording and Image Rights

8.⁠ ⁠Ticket Validity and Liability

The Organizer issues this Ticket in accordance with the rules and regulations of the event organizer and venue management.
Ticket Holders attend at their own risk. The Organizer shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, or for personal injury, except to the extent such liability arises from the Organizer’s gross negligence or willful misconduct as permitted under applicable law.
The Organizer and venue are not liable for any issues arising from unauthorized copies or reproductions of this Ticket.

9.⁠ ⁠Refunds, Cancellation, and Non‑Transferability

Except as stated herein, the Ticket is non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or returned once purchased.
If the Event is cancelled by the Organizer and not rescheduled, the Ticket face value will be refunded via the original payment method. Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, parking fees, and third‑party fees are non‑refundable unless required by law.
Tickets are personal and non‑transferable unless expressly permitted. Tampering with security features, duplication, or unauthorized resale invalidates the Ticket. The Organizer is not liable for issues arising from unauthorized copies, reproductions, or resale.

10.⁠ ⁠Health and Force Majeure

You expressly consent for the Organizer and its authorized team to contact you via email, phone, and messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp) regarding your booking, event updates, logistical requirements, verification, and other matters directly related to your participation in the Event.
To ensure a high‑quality user experience, the Organizer may collect certain information (including personally identifiable information such as name, email address, or phone number) at the time of booking, registration, or payment, in accordance with its Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
